OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2009. Under the decrees, the executive powers of the Ismailli and Agsu regions will be allocated AZN 3.5 million and AZN 3.7 million respectively from Presidential Reserve Fund of State Budget 2009. The Ministry of Finance will undertake financing process and the Cabinet Ministers solution of other decree issues.

In Ismailli region the money will be directed for laying a 35 km water pipeline from river Geychay and other measures to ensure drinking water supply for villages Ivanovka, Ushtal, Galagah, Soltankend, Hajigatamli, Rushan and Vyang, populated by about 8,000 people.

In Agsu region the finances are designed for laying a 25 km water pipeline to run from springs in the region’s mountain territory to Agsu city and other measures to ensure improvement of drinking water supply for the population.
