OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2009. This was announced by the Minister of Finance of Moldova Veaceslav Negruta during the program "Open studio" on TV7. He has noted that the document will be developed in short terms but it will not affect its quality.

"We know how to do it and we will cope with this problem ", - the head of the Ministry of Finance has underlined and expressed hope that the named law will be adopted by the parliament as soon as possible. Veaceslav Negruta named groundless the criticism of the Communist Party who has accused the present government in the delay of development and adoption of the budget for the next year. He has reminded that the budget for the next year is developed within 7-8 months, and, according to the current legislation, the Ministry of Finance should submit it for consideration of the cabinet at the beginning of September.

 The question why the budget for 2010 was not developed in a due time should be answered by the members of the former government who instead of being engaged in this problem were actively involved in the election campaign. Veaceslav Negruta reminded that the present government has been confirmed only on September, 25.

For this short period it has developed and confirmed the anti-recessionary program which the former authorities could not prepare within a year. He called the anti-recessionary program confirmed by the cabinet of Vladimir Filat a profound and serious document which has been formed as a result of joint work of all team of the government, development and social partners including trade unions and patronage. Its main purpose is financial stabilization and creation of preconditions for economic growth since 2010.
