OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2009. FBK concluded a contract with JSC Sukhoi, aircraft holding company. According to the contract, experts of FBK Accounting Advisory Department and lawyers of FBK Legal will provide accounting and tax assistance to reorganization of holding lying in affiliating to it several legal entities. In particular, they will prepare methodical recommendations for staff of the reorganized entities, reported the press-centre of FBK.

Besides, in the contract framework FBK experts will render consulting services in terms of building unified accounting policy for financial and tax accounting as well as in terms of adjusting existing document circulation and processes of preparing accounting, tax and other reporting to new operational climate.

History of Sukhoi JSC starts in 1930. Today it is a major Russian aircraft holding, comprising leading Russian design bureaus and series aircraft plants. The company occupies the third position in terms of volume of production of modern fighter planes.
