OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2009. Kapital Bank has presented new service for its cardholders - PIN Change.

The Bank reports that this service allows the KB cardholders to change already existing PIN code for any other one through cash machines.

“This service is accessible for users of all kinds of our plastic cards,” KB reports.

For change of PIN code place your card in cash machine, dial existing PIN code, choose operation “PAYMENT” in cash machine’s menu and select “SERVICES”, and then “PIN CHANGE”, dial a new four-digit code and press button “ENTER”. Then it is needed to dial PIN code again and press “ENTER”.

Thus the code will be replaced.

When changing PIN code it is recommended not to use repeated (1111) or progressively followed (1234) figures, equal PIN codes for all available plastic cards and in case of appearance of any problems when using plastic cards, the KB cardholders can apply to Support Service - 196, rendering services for 24 hours.
