OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2009. According to Prime Minister of the Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko, Russia and Ukraine will discuss prospective cooperation in space during the meeting of the Heads of the Governments this Thursday.

Timoshenko says that launching of the first national satellite is an essential step for Ukraine. The other topic in the agenda is Ukranian involvement in the Russian Global Navigation Program GLONASS.
