OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2009. Workers have launched a new thermal network and completed repairs at the boiler of Stroidetal plant in Rabocheye, Irkutsk suburbs. The boiler of Stroidetal plant (owned by Irkutsk Housing Construction ltd) that was leased by JSC Baikalenergo the day before, in the last heating season delivered energy to blocks with missing. According to Director of JSC Baikalenergo Vladimir Potatov, “in order to change the situation to the better, we built a new thermal network and repaired equipment. We invested around RUR 12,000,000 in this project”. In the middle of October, 33 municipal boilers managed by JSC Baikalenrgo and Stroidetal boiler received winter preparation certificates from the committee that included representatives of civil defense and emergency situations of Russia and Rostekhnadzor Interregional Administration for Technical and Environmental Supervision.
