Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Plant (Ust-Kamenogorsk), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS), according to with AFS "takes into consideration the information that on April 7-October7, 2009 Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Plant shares were not placed", reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the AFS information as of October 7, 2009 were not placed 3,884,760 common shares of Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Plant.
