OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2009. The Russian Bank for Development that implements the SME lending support program is developing SME lending procedures through leasing companies, reported the press-centre of RBD.

The Bank has opened a new credit line for OOO Transleasing (Chelyabinsk) totaling RUR 106 million.

According to the loan facility agreement the funds extended by RBD will be channeled to purchase of special equipment and transport with the following leasing of the above to SMEs.
