OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2009. Over the first nine months of 2009 the Nizhny Novgorod branch of JSC Freight One loaded and dispatched more than 18,000 railcars for the needs of the construction industry.

Haulage traditionally peaked over the summer months when on average 3000 railcars were dispatched per month. Over the first nine months the Niznhy Novogorod branch conveyed over 40% of the construction goods dispatched along the Nizhny Novgorod railway. The range of goods was extensive: cement in bulk and pre-packed, hard-burnt brick, plaster stone, products made of asbestos cement, limestone, sand and others.

The branch interacts with leading enterprises in the construction industry such as JSC Mordovcement, CJSC Dobryatinskoe Karieroypravlenie, JSC LATO, LLC Nerudnye Stroiteleniye Materialy and LLC Peshelansky Gipsovy Zavod Dekor-1.

“This year we have recorded consistent growth in our haulage of construction goods and a return to pre-crisis levels,” commented Alexander Kornyshov, acting director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of JSC Freight One.
