OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2009. Budgetary financing of all the municipal programs being implemented in our city district will continue next year. 93,632,000 rubles will be allocated for these purposes according to voted budget for 2010.

According to the words of the chief of the city administration’s Department of Finance Olga AFANASIEVA,

Programme-targeted method of budget planning is successfully implemented in Nakhodka. It promotes effective allocation of finances for specific programs and projects as well as improvement of control over budgetary funds.

Nowadays 18 municipal target programs are being implemented in our city district. Budgetary financing of all these municipal programs will continue next year. 93,632,000 rubles will be allocated for these purposes according to voted budget for 2010.

It should be noted that during a year expenditures built into the budget are adjusted upwards as a rule. For example, in 2009 amount of financing of target programs will make up 218 million rubles. This is more than twice as much as planned expenditures.
