Novitsky press release, work has just started on the preliminary calculations the cost of restoring the serial producing of the AN-124 model aircraft on a new spare parts production basis.  Plans may be underway to produce AN-140 model aircraft, Mr. Novitsky went on to say, once Ulianovsk Aircraft Plant has joined the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).
