OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2009. On November, the 3rd, 2009 Rosbank fully placed its bonds of series А3 and А5 with repayment on November, the 6th, 2013 and on November, the 7th, 2014 at Moscow International Stock Exchange (MISEX). Nominal volume of each issue – 5 billion rub.

The rate of the first coupon on each issue is established at a rate of 12 % annual. Rates of the second and third coupons are equal to the rate of the first coupon. Payment of coupons is carried out every 183 day. There is half and a year offer in the structure of each issue. It’s provided on May, 16th , 2011 (559 days from the date of placement).
