OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2009. Sviaz-Bank’s Shareholders who gathered for an extraordinary General Meeting in Moscow resolved to terminate the powers of the members of the current Board of Directors and to elect a new Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The new Board of Directors is comprised of Alexander Kiselev, General Director of FSUE Post of Russia; Sergei Lykov, Vice Chairman of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) State Corporation; Vladimir Minin, Director of the Subsidiary Banks Department of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) State Corporation; Denis Nozdrachev, Sviaz-Bank’s President-Management Board Chairman; Mikhail Sinelin, Vice Chairman of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) State Corporation; Anatoly Tikhonov, First Vice Chairman of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) State Corporation; and Denis Chuiko, First Deputy General Director of FSUE Post of Russia.
