OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2009. Sviaz-Bank has been declared winner of a public auction for the right to open a revolving credit line to the Volga Territorial Generating Company, OJSC, in Samara, with a maximum of 1 billion rubles to be drawn down at any one time, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The credit line is valid for 730 days.

Promsviazbank OJSC was another bidder at the auction.
