OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2009. The economic situation in Murmansk remains stable — the basic conclusions of session of the anti-recessionary commission, the past this week are that. — World financial crisis became the main theme of economic news for all year. But unlike economists and politicians of usual citizens how this economic shake-up will be reflected in their personal budget interests, on the budget of their families. For the control over a situation the city anti-recessionary commission has been created. Among its problems — monitoring of the major business factors: change of the prices, payment of taxes, a rate of unemployment etc. It allows to do conclusions how world crisis influences the country, on region and on concrete municipality. According to the materials presented to our commission, the situation in Murmansk remains stable. We do not have sharp jumps of the prices for products of the first necessity, noted in other regions. Tax revenues in the municipality budget grow, that, according to experts, speaks about confidence of heads of the enterprises of tomorrow. And, perhaps, most important — at us is not present regular growth of unemployment which is characteristic for many regions of Russia. Leaders of economy of our city — the enterprises of sea transport and fishery show confident growth of the main indicators of the work. In a city municipal programs "Cheap fish", "Cheap bread", "Cheap vegetables" and "Cheap milk" are realised. For nine months 2009 they have allowed needy citizens to save about 28 million roubles. What exactly within the limits of these programs is made for expired half a year and that is planned to make in the near future — a separate special theme for "Vecherki", we it is obligatory about it we will talk.

The special attention has been given by the commission to debts of the enterprises for payment NDFL. Five heads of the enterprises-debtors on November, 5th, 2009 were invited To session. Two of them — Open Company "Murmanfishproduts" and MUSES "United medsanchast "Sevryba" have paid off debts before commission session. Problems with understanding of the duties following from tax laws, have arisen at the representative of Joint-Stock Company"BR electronics". Open Company "Incoterm" management on session was not at all. As Open Company "Incoterm" debt on payments NDFL is rather great, representatives of corresponding federal bodies are to analyse in the most attentive image activity of this enterprise in all aspects.
