OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2009. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan issued yesterday a decree on some measures aimed at improving power supply in Baku.

The decree endorsed allocation of 10 million manats from the Presidential Reserve Fund of the State Budget 2009 for increase of charter capital of open joint stock company Bakielektriksebeke (Baku Electric Network).

The Ministry of Finance was entrusted to undertake financing and the Cabinet Ministers to solve other issues.
