OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2009. Etalon-LenSpecSMU Holding Company intends to develop 820,000 square metres of housing in Butovo Township of southwestern Moscow.

Now the company is ready to erect 820,000 square metres in Butovo Township though only 500,000 square metres were under discussion earlier. The cost of the site and the final buyer are not unveiled. The construction period is not specified either. However, according to the company’s development strategy, this project is to be implemented in 5 years.

As a reminder, Etalon-LenSpecSMU is currently carrying over the USD 2-million project Izumrudnye Kholmy [Emerald Hills] in Krasnogorsk, just out of Moscow, where 1.3 million square metres of housing are to be developed.
