OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2009. Azerbaijan-Slovenia business forum, with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Slovenia Danilo Turk, was organized.

Azerbaijan-Slovenia business forum was organized in Baku with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Slovenia Danilo Turk. 70 businesspersons from Slovenia and approximately 90 entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan attended the business forum.

The Presidents gave speeches at the event.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that the official visit of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Danilo Turk, to Azerbaijan would stimulate the expansion of bilateral ties in every sphere, including the economic one. The President particularly emphasized that the high-level political ties between the countries provide vast opportunities for the development of economic relations.
