Saw a BoD meeting which decided to increase the Management Board membership. At present the Management Board is as follows:

This increase in membership will enable us:

1. To elaborate on issues related to increase of energy reliability and maximum decrease of network equipment depreciation.
2. To take into account opinions of subsidiaries' directors on the issues being the competence of the Management Board, since subsidiaries' directors have a more detailed information on energy networks in the service area.
3. To take more rational and efficient decisions on the current Company's activities.

The Board of Directors also took decision to increase Reliability Committee membership, having included Aleksandr FILINKOV, director for mode management - chief subsidiary dispatcher at ОАО "SO UES" ODO of Urals, and Aleksandr ERMAKOV, head of section at Department for Capital Investment at ОАО "Holding IDGC". The current reliability committee is as follows:

Olga ZUIKOVA, Head of Production Control and Labor Protection Department at ОАО "Holding MRSK"

Yuri LEBEDEV, Deputy General Director for Technical Issues - Chief Operating Officer at ОАО "IDGC of Urals"

This increase in reliability committee will enable us to elaborate on issues of United Energy System function reliability.
