Bonds circulation term in accordance with the issue conditions was 1095 calendar days.

In June 2009 the independent rating agency "Credit-rating" confirmed the long-term credit rating "uaA-" of issue of interest bonds (serial E-F) of MEGABANK,PJSC for the amount of UAH 200 million.
