OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2009. On October 21, 2009 Sibirtelecom was notified about listing of bonds series 08 in Quotation list A first level of MICEX SE CJSC from October 12.

Listing of the Company’s bonds in quotation list A first level of the leading Russian stock exchange affirms sustained position of Sibirtelecom OJSC as an issuer of securities, expands investor base, and facilitates liquidity of the bond issue.

Note: Bonds series 08 are interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds with obligatory centralized custody (state registration number 4-08-00195-А as of July 03, 2008). Volume of the issue - 2 bln rubles, number of bonds – 2 mln items with par value of 1 thousand rubles each. The manager – Promsvyazbank OJSC, financial advisor – TatInK IK CJSC.

At the moment bonds series 06 of Sibirtelecom OJSC are in circulation.
