OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2009. REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT (Almaty, hereafter – the company), a management company of interval unit investment fund FAVORIT, units of which are listed on the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF RFCA), provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with a copy of changes and additions to the share issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The changes and additions were registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) on October 23, 2009 and made in connection with changes in the company management in the recent three years.

Shares were not listed on KASE or STF RFCA.

The changes and additions to the share issue prospectus were released at the KASE website at http://www.kase.kz/files/emitters/REAM/reamf91c_izm.pdf
