OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2009. As it was informed in the National Commission for Financial Market, the decision on the state registration of securities in the State Securities Register has been approved during the meeting of the Executive Board of NCFM.

The goal of an additional issue is the development of society. The decision to increase equity was approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the bank on October 5, 2009. Following the increase, the share capital will amount to 197.13 million leis divided at 197,133 ordinary inscribed stocks of the first class with face value of 1000 leis. Equity was increased at the expense of the subscribers’ means.

As of September 30, 2009, the bank's assets totaled 464.86 million leis, liquid assets - 164.5 million leis, total regulatory capital - 105.11 million leis, deposits - 219.31 million leis, loans - 258.19 million leis.
