OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2009. The united electric grid company invested RUR 0.8 (143%) into the new construction and development for the reporting period

The plan of the capital investments for technological reconstruction and new construction and the development of the electric grid objects for 9 months of 2009 in total in IDGC of North-West is RUR 1,622,963 thousand. The implementation accounted for RUR 1,815,767 thousand or 112%. 
Physically for the reporting year they put into operation 307.1 km of overhead lines (193%) and 73.38 MVA of the transformer capacity (134%).

As they said in the capital construction department of the executive office of the operational company, the overfulfillement of the capital investments plan in the branches of Arkhenergo (130%), Karelenergo (133%) and Pskovenergo (136%) is connected with the implementation of works aimed to connect consumers. Besides, “Pskovenergo” branch contractor in the object “Reconstruction of the open distribution unit of 110 kV of substation No.53 ” carried out the works ahead of schedule. The overfulfillment of the capital investments plan in “Novgorordenergo” branch (148%) was caused by the fact that the constructor organization carried out the works at the object called “Construction of 110 kV “Yuzhanaya” substation with overhead lines of 110 kV ahead of time.

Together with this, three branches of the company for the reporting period are behind the capital investments plan fulfillment. One of the major reasons is the improper fulfillment of the obligations to the power engineers-contractors and the suppliers of the equipment.  Thus, “Kolenergo” did not fulfill the plans in the object “Reconstruction of the substation of 110 kV No.31 with the substitution of the transformer of T-1 form 7,5 by 16 MVA one” due to the fact that the contractors failed to fulfill their obligations. For the reporting period the plan of the capital construction in “Kolenergo” was 92% fulfilled. The same reason became the barrier to “Komienergo” branch. It is the non-commitment of the contractors. Because of this, by the results of 9 months the branch fulfilled only 89% of the capital construction plan. The main reason of “Vologdaenergo” branch lagging (83%) is connected with the moving of the term of the delivery of the major power equipment to a later date for the reconstruction of 110 kV “Tsentralnaya” substation.  

According to the types of the investments the major financing is marked in the realization of the plans of the new construction and the development. For 9 months of the current year the amount of the financing of this article accounted for RUR 810,293 thousand or 143%.

The plan of the capital investments for technological reconstruction (TR) for 9 months of 2009 was formed in the amount of RUR 970,828 thousand. Power engineers invested RUR 931,913 thousand to the technological reconstruction of electric power. They also acquired the fixed assets in the amount, exceeding RUR 73.6 million.

They over fulfilled the indices for the reporting period and concerning the fixed assets. Actually, they implemented the fixed assets in the amount of RUR 1,230,247 thousand or 109% together with the plan of RUR 1,128,028 thousand. The main reason of the plan overfulfillement of the fixed assets implementation in the branches of “Arkhenergo” (106%), “Karelenergo” (222%), “Komienergo” (115%) and “Pskovenergo” (171%) is the implementation of works directed to the technological connection of the consumers.  The launching of the past years object “Overhead line of 0.4 kV” in the village of Gremyachiy is connected with the launching of the object “Construciton of the overhead line of 110 kV with the tapping to 110 kV substation “Krasavino” of “Vologdaenergo” branch (273%) . 

The major financing sources of the investment activity of IDGC of North-West for 9 months of the current year are the depreciation charges – RUR 1.2 billion and the payment for the technological connection – RUR 96.2 million. As well as the profit of the past years, loan means and other own sources.
