Kazakhtelecom Offered Bonds to Amount of KZT45,5 bn
OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2009. Kazakhtelecom (Astana), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release, OREANDA-NEWS. On November 01, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE:
Kazakhtelecom offered uncovered indexed bonds to the amount of KZT45.5 bn with the free floating interest rate and 10 years circulation terms.
The coupon interest will be paid every six months. Kazakhtelecom will buy back indexed bonds by equal six months payments upon two years preferential period expiry.
Bonds are assigned Standard & Poor's "BB/kzA" rating as bonds were included to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange official list Rated Debt Securities category.
Funds from bonds offering will be allocated for refunding of Kazakhtelecom external borrowings and further development.
