OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2009. The 3rd forum of the HR-Club - 'Human Resources are key to everything!' - held in the office of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT in St. Petersburg. This HR-Club was established by the Energy Consulting Group, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting Group.

The meeting was aimed at discussion of such issues as the HR recruitment in terms of economic recession; the role and functions of HR-Managers for the time being; vacancies for HR experts on the labor market; the arrangements for corporate events in terms of economic stagnation.

The meeting was arranged as a round-table discussion. Among the participants of this event were HR-experts from different leading enterprises of St. Petersburg, from financial institutions, from employment and scientific centers such as ELITA-Petersburg, the Northern Company, SIAB-Bank, the employment center of Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and some others.

At the beginning of the meeting, Natalia Zubenko, the Project Manager, reported about an idea and framework of the HR-club foundation and announced the forthcoming events, tactics & strategy of cooperation among the participants of the Club. After her report, the attendees discussed the current market conditions, requirements and vacancies for HR-Managers.

Natalia Zubenko introduced her presentation 'Human Resources are key to everything!' dedicated to such issues as the peculiarities of HR recruitment in terms of financial fluctuations. Alexandra Bobyleva, Head of the employment center of Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, emphasized the crucial importance of job creation for students in this period of economic crisis in order they could obtain their work experience.

At the end of the meeting, the participants discussed the arrangements for corporate events in terms of economic stagnation. Dmitry Slobodchikov, Head of the Entertainment Agency ‘Art of Choice’, proposed his ways for corporate celebrations, given any tastes and budget.

The HR-Club was established by Energy Consulting and it has been held its activities regularly since the last year: the next meeting ‘Knowledge is light, ignorance is darkness!’ is a jubilee event. It takes place on November 20th, 2009, 6 p.m. This meeting is expected to discuss how to arrange for HR-trainings, the matters of the internal training efficiency, as well as to organize a business game with participation of a physiologist-trainer.
