OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2009. Solemn opening ceremony of closed joint-stock company "Nakhodka’s International terminal " took place in Nakhodka. Russian, Chinese and South Korean companies will be engaged in the construction of high technology container terminal.

Container terminal will be built on the territory of Nakhodka’s Marine Fishing Port with purpose of delivery of cargo from Asia to Europe. Port owner "The Far Eastern Transport Group", "Mudanjiang City Investment Group", Bussan port’s management company and other large South Korean transport and logistics companies will take part in implementation of project. Closed joint-stock company "Nakhodka’s International terminal " was officially registered for construction of container terminal and its further maintenance.

The Head of Nakhodka City District Oleg KOLYADIN, the first secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of Mudanjiang city Syui Guango and representatives of companies participating in the construction of the terminal took part in Solemn opening ceremony of closed joint-stock company "Nakhodka’s International terminal ". Complex program of port development stipulates the increase of port facilities, infrastructure, roads and railways. Reconstruction of the port is expected to be carried out in several stages. After the completion of all work the terminal will be capable to handle up to 400 thousand TEU a year.
