OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2009. In 10M2009, Budget Income amounted to UAH 147.9bn, or 60.2% of the annual plan, while tax revenues amounted to UAH 120.9bn, or 65.7% of the annual plan. In October 2009, income from taxes was UAH 13.5bn (down 19.4%, y/y).

Millennium Capital sees the news to be negative, since considering the Budget revenues from taxes in the last months, the total Budget Income is not to exceed UAH 200bn in 2009. Meanwhile, Budget Expenditures are expected to be close to the planned amount (UAH 274bn) in 2009. Accordingly, Millennium Capital expects the State Budget Deficit to exceed UAH 70bn in 2009 (7% of GDP).
