OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2009. MEGABANK,PJSC timely and in full has paid out the coupon on bonds of own issue of serial F. About this informed the head of MEGABANK’s securities and stock market division Alexey Yatsenko, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

According to his words, all bond holders were paid out a coupon in the amount of UAH 49,86 per bond.

Major conditions of issue of bonds serial F:

  -amount of issue – UAH 100 000 000, 00;

  -par value of one bond – UAH 1000,00;

  -bond circulation term – 1 096 calendar days, from February 4, 2008 till February 4, 2011;

  - payment of a coupon – quarterly;

  - coupon rate for fifth-eighth interest periods – 20% p.a.;

  - number of offers – 2 (2.02.2009, 1.02.2010.).

Besides, according to the words of А.Yatsenko, November 2 MEGABANK,PJSC also timely and in full paid out the coupon on bonds of own issue of serial D. All bond holders were paid out the coupon in the amount of UAH 41,36 per one bond.

Reference. In June 2009 the independent rating agency "Credit-rating" confirmed the long term credit rating "uaA-" to the issue of interest bonds (serial E-F) of MEGABANK,PJSC for the amount of UAH 200 million.
