OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2009. An extraordinary general Svyaz-Bank’s shareholders’ meeting was held in Moscow on October 19, 2009. The meeting took a decision to early terminate powers of operating Board of Directors members and to elect a new composition of the Board of Directors.

The new composition of the Board of Directors is comprised of Post of Russia General Director Alexandr Kiselev, Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman Sergei Lykov, Vnesheconombank’s Subsidiary Banks Department Director Vladimir Minin, OJSC Svyaz-Bank President- Management Board Chairman Denis Nozdrachev, Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman Mikhail Sinelin, Vnesheconombank First Deputy Chairman Anatoly Tikhonov and Post of Russia First Deputy General Director Denis Chuiko.
