OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2009. The State securities and stock market commission handed out to MEGABANK,PJSC a certificate about the registration of shares issue of the bank for UAH 500 million, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

The bank's shareholders have become EBRD and KfW, the shareholding of each in the authorized capital of MEGABANK,PJSC is 15%.

Thus MEGABANK,PJSC completed the procedure of the authorized capital increase for UAH 150 million, up to UAH 500 million.

The adequate decision was adopted at the general shareholders' meeting August 21, 2009.
