Delta Bank (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the document:

- AFS approved the share offering report;

- the issue was divided into 5,000,000 common shares;

- the issue of shares was registered with the State register of serial securities under number А3650;

- as on June 24, 2009 573,515 common shares were not offered, its authorized capital was formed in the amount KZT6,273,129,600.
