OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2009. Public Joint-Stock Company “ALFA-BANK” paid coupon for its Amortising Loan Participation Notes due 30 July 2012 for the first coupon period, reported the press-centre of ALFA-BANK.

On 30 October 2009, three separate series of the 2012 Amortising Loan Participation Notes will be consolidated into one series, totaling US840,633,000 with the single ISIN XS0441089926 and will form liquid instrument for the market. Temporary ISINs: XS0441243861 and XS0442874391 will collapse into ISIN XS0441089926.

Coupon on the Notes is paid quarterly. Amortisation schedule comprises 8 equal installments of an amount equal to US125 per US1,000 original principal amount of the Notes payable on the Interest Payment Date falling on 30 October 2010 and each quarter thereafter.
