In October, the most expensive apartments were 1-room flats in the Center - 930 euros per 1 square meter and the cheapest -4-room flats in the Airport area- 520 euros per 1 square meter and Otovaska - 551 euros per 1 square meter.

In October 2009, the average price of 1 square meter in 1-room apartments ranged from 675 euros up to 817 euros at Botanica, from 759 up to 798 euros at Buiucani, from 793 up to 930 euros in the Center, from 747 up to 760 euros at Ciocana and from 752 up to 801 euros – at Riscanovca.

The average price of 1 square meter in 2-room apartments ranged from 632 euros up to 751 euros at Botanica, from 747 up to 758 euros at Buiucani, from 769 up to 839 euros in the Center, from 695 up to 749 euros at Ciocana and from 727 up to 790 euros – at Riscanovca. The average price of 1 square meter in 3-room apartments ranged from 573 euros up to 674 euros at Botanica, from 639 up to 656 euros at Buiucani, from 661 up to 725 euros in the Center, from 612 up to 694 euros at Ciocana and from 650 up to 694 euros – at Riscanovca.

The average price of 1 square meter in 4-room apartments ranged from 520 euros up to 607 euros at Botanica, from 593 up to 607 euros at Buiucani, from 589 up to 650 euros in the Center, from 551 up to 613 euros at Ciocana and from 607 up to 631 euros – at Riscanovca.
