OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2009. AS „Latvijas Krajbanka” and its subsidiary AS “Ieguldijumu parvaldes sabiedriba „LKB Krajfondi”” together with AB bankas FINASTA, AB finansu maklerio imone FINASTA and UAB „Finasta Asset Management” have concluded the consortium contract on participation in the public auction of the shares of the SIA „Lietuvos centrinis vertybiniu popieriu depozitoriumas”, organized by the Central Bank of Lithuania, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The common application on participation in the auction was submitted to the Central Bank of Lithuania on 29 October 2009.

All the said companies participate in the auction as the consortium, the leading partner of which is AB bankas FINASTA.
