OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2009. UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

During this meeting:

The Bank’s Articles of Association have been brought in compliance with the new Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies”.

The official name of Joint-stock commercial innovative bank “Ukrsibbank” (JSCIB “Ukrsibbank”) is changed to Public joint-stock company “Ukrsibbank” (JSC “UkrSibbank”).

The General Meeting of Shareholders also resolved to substitute Camille Fohl to Guido Van Hauwermeiren as one of BNP Paribas’ representatives on the Supervisory Council of the Bank.
