Expansion and optimize of Routes network, improving the quality of passenger service and the further development of partnerships with airlines are planed with airlines as a part of seasonal navigation.

Airline Vladivostok Avia offers new regular flights: on the route Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - Khabarovsk - Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) – Krasnodar by aircraft A-320 and TU-204 on Sundays, return flight – on Mondays. The same types of aircraft will be deployed on the weekly route Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - Khabarovsk - Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) and back.

Airline "Zapoliarie" adds a new direction to the regular flight from Novosibirsk to Norilsk. On the route Norilsk - Novosibirsk - Samara flight will be performed by TU-154 on Thursdays, return - on Fridays.

Airline Novosibirsk Avia on AN-24 thrice a week will carry passengers on the route Novosibirsk - Nizhnevartovsk, and on Thursdays - on the route Novosibirsk - Nizhnevartovsk - New Urengoy. Weekly flight Novosibirsk - Abakan - Kyzyl will be performed without intermediate landing in Abakan, on Mondays and Saturdays.

AN-24 will be weekly activated by airline Tomsk Avia on Saturday on route Nizhnevartovsk - Novosibirsk - Krasnoyarsk.

Airlines DONAVIA (till 25.09.2009 year -" Aeroflot-Don ") performed regular flights Rostov-on-Don - Moscow - Novosibirsk - Nerungri on a comfortable aircraft Boeing-737-400 since the beginning of winter navigation. Earlier flights in this direction were carried out on the TU-154 M, however, in order to improve the quality of service and flight comfort, the company management decided to fly on a new type of aircraft.

In the Moscow direction will continue perform daily flights airlines: UTair on the Boeing-737-500, landing and departing from Vnukovo Airport (Moscow), and Ural Airlines - on the aircraft Airbus-320 landing and departure from Domodedovo Airport (Moscow).

Airline Yakutia also continue perform regular flights in winter season: weekly on the route Krasnodar - Novosibirsk - Magadan on the aircraft Tu-154 M. Airline Air Astana will continue performing the flight from Novosibirsk to Astana at the Fokker-50, three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Airline S7 (Siberia) introduced and continue the flight on the route Novosibirsk - Almaty, on Monday at the Airbus-320. On route Novosibirsk - Bangkok flights will be operated with the same frequency twice a week and on the route Novosibirsk - Beijing - four times a week.

On the route Urumqi - Novosibirsk - Urumqi Airline Sauzyn China Airlines will perform air traffic twice a week. Airlines Hainan Airlines on the route Beijing - Novosibirsk - Beijing will fly with twice week frequency.

Within charter programs airline S7 (Siberia) said flights to Sanya, Ho Chi Minh City, Hurgada. Orenburg Airlines will perform charter flights to Hurgada and Sharm el-Sheikh.

In the new season with a charter program at JSC Airport Tolmachevo comes a new airline "North Wind": on the route Novosibirsk - Goa, Novosibirsk - Bangkok and Novosibirsk - Phuket. Flights will be operated on the aircraft Boeing-757.

Since September airline Polet performed charter airline on the routes Shanghai - Novosibirsk - Khan and Shanghai - Novosibirsk – Luxembourg once a week. Airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) one of the first in Russia to be admitted for receiving this type of aircraft. Airlines Polet is the only operator IL-96-400T, a new long-haul cargo aircraft.
