OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2009. Bank ZENIT has fully and timely repaid its second Eurobond issue (issuer Zenit Capital Plc, ISIN XS0273326685.) in the amount of USD 200 mln together with the last 6th coupon of USD8.75 mn., reported the press-centre of Bank ZENIT.

The 3-year issue took place on 27 Oсtober, 2006 and was bearing a coupon rate of 8.75% p.a.

The first Eurobond issue in the amount of USD125 mn with three-year tenor was redeemed by the Bank in June, 2006.

Currently Bank ZENIT does not have any outstanding debt securities nominated in foreign currency.
