OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2009. The Moscow Arbitration Court confirmed validity of the order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on including the group of persons of "RZhD" OJSC and "Refservice" OJSC in the Register of Economic Entities with more than 35 % share on the market of particular goods, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

By the FAS Russia's order, that was challenged at court, the group of persons of "RZhD" OJSC and "Refservice" OJSC had been included in the Register of Economic Entities with more than 35 % share on the market of services for insulated and refrigerator rolling stock for transporting the goods by transport in general use or the dominant Economic Entities on the market of particular goods, if the federal laws specify cases for pronouncing dominant position of economic entities on such markets.

Including companies in the Register means they need to submit to the antimonopoly information about their current operations and economic performance as well as seek transaction approval in accordance with the law on competition.

Earlier legitimacy if the FAS Russia's conclusion on the dominance of the group of persons of "RZhD" OJSC and "Refservice" OJSC on this markets was confirmed by the ruling of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District of 30th December 2008.
