OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2009. At the AGM held on 28 October 2009, the shareholders of Forum Bank < FORM UZ U/R > approved a decision to increase the FORM charter capital by 48.7% to UAH 3.4bn. The details of the share issue will be discussed at the EGM planned for 19 November 2009.

Millennium Capital sees the news to be positive for FORM, since it will enable the bank to increase its capitalization from 17% to 23% and provide the resources necessary to its reserves for bad loans.
