OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2009. Since the period of renewal of mortgage loaning through the Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund (AMF), the Bank Standard (BS) 60 approved about 122 claims, presented by citizens to receive mortgage loan.

The bank reports that at present 97 mortgage loans have been granted, including 10 loans were delivered on privileged terms.

“Their total amount totals AZN 4 million,” the bank said.

Let’s remind that mortgage loans, refunded by AMF, are delivered by the bank in national currency to the Azerbaijani citizens on security of real estate for the term of up to 25 years at a 8% rate of annual, while privileged terms (social mortgage) plan a 4% rate of annual and term up to 35 years

From the start of activity of AMF at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) , BS is a member of its bank-agents.
