OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2009. KAMAZ Inc. participated in the 11th Russian agro-industrial exhibition Gold autumn. This international forum of current agro-industrial technologies was held in Moscow from 9 to 13 October 2009 on the territory of All-Russian Exhibition Center.

The subject matter of the exhibition Gold autumn-2009 included all fundamental components of farming industry. A professional exposition of agricultural engineering – AgroTek Russia international specialized exhibition (equipment for agricultural sector) – was presented there. KAMAZ as the largest producer of automobile equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation couldn't but participate in such a large-scale and important for the Russian agricultural sector project. And at the exhibition KAMAZ presented a range of agricultural equipment models which had shown themselves to good advantage during tests and following operations.

An exhibited KAMAZ-45149-010 with double-sided unloading (on KAMAZ-43118 chassis, 6x6) received brilliant responses from customers. This vehicle dumper truck is meant for transportation of diverse loose construction and industrial goods with total mass of under 9350 kg, density from 0.75 cubic meters by operation outside hard-surface roads and on technological roads. A metal, tiltable cab placed over an engine has got noise and thermo insulation. Engine location is front and lengthwise. A platform is all-metal, welded, box-like, with a visor, drop sides and platform bottom heating. Sides have got upper hinge plates. Unloading direction is for two sides. Locks of sides are mechanical, opened by hand, with manual fixation. A vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic mechanism for platform lifting and dropping. Mechanism control is electrofluidic, remote from a driver’s cab.

A dumper truck with double-sided unloading with a crane-manipulator IM 150 (on KAMAZ-65117 chassis, 6x4) which showed itself to good advantage during operation under the most difficult road and nature conditions ideally does for transportation of goods of great volume and weight. The vehicle is intended for transportation of various loose construction, industrial and agricultural goods. Unloading is carried out for two sides. Sides have got upper hinge plates, are unlocked by hand before unloading. A back header is double-wing, unloading is 27°. An advantage of this construction is a possibility to transport long goods, as well as to unload backwards (without lifting a platform). Sides can be packed for transportation of loose small fraction goods (for instance, grain).

An insulated van 57509 on the basis of KAMAZ-4308 for transportation of carcasses attracted specialists’ attention. КАМАЗ-4308 embodied all best features of KAMAZ’s traditional brand. Besides, components by over 18 leading global producers were used for the construction: a reliable and proved engine CUMMINS with a fuel injection equipment BOSH, brake systems with ABS HALDEX, WABCO, assemblies and aggregates ZF, MIREAL, LOSING, tubeless tires MATADOR, etc. The given van was developed by OOO Automotive Plant with application of current technologies taking into account demand on the market.

Visitors saw an electric aggregate AD 150S-T400-1RM50HL on the basis of an engine KAMAZ-740.58. This fixed installation is made on a rigid frame and in a packaging arrangement which enables to use it not only as a stationary primary or standby current power supply. With minimum improvements its operation is possible in an enclosed body of a vehicle or a trailer as a mobile power supply. Low fuel consumption and low noise during operation, as well as a rather small weight and small size in comparison with the Russian analogues enable to use it under any natural and operating conditions.

Besides “traditional” models KAMAZ Inc. represented cultivators of a new generation KL-1 and KPO-6 produced by its associated company – OAO TZA (Tuymazy Concrete Delivery Truck Works).
