The redemption price of one AS DnB NORD Banka share is LVL 3.16 (three Lats and 16 santims) which has been determined pursuant to the requirements of Part One of Article 74 of the Financial Instruments Market Law.

The Offer period is 30 (thirty) days following the day when this announcement of the Offer has been published in the newspaper "Latvijas Vestnesis". If the Offer period which is determined in such manner expires on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday, then the last day of the Offer period shall be the next business day.
