OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2009. The Kursk branch of the insurance company ROSNO has concluded a property insurance contract with CJSC GRINN Corporation. The contractual insurance amount is 1,770,932,710 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance protection covers the following real estate owned by the Corporation: a shopping mall, a hotel, a hypermarket, and a land plot. The concluded insurance contract protects the property against full set of risks:

fire, lightning stroke, explosion, or aircraft impact;

storm and hail;

other natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, soil subsidence, mudslide, and landslide);

damage by water from water supply, heating, sewage and similar systems;

deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property;

an accident or a calamity resulting in a sudden unintentional emission of pollutants and contamination of soil at the insured land plot.

The insurance period is 19 months.

This contract has been concluded as a result of ROSNO’s victory in the tender, where four more federal-scale insurers had participated.
