OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2009. Over the nine months of 2009, OJSC Ilim Group's locations within Ilim East Business Unit (the Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk Branches) have manufactured 1,064,000 tons of pulp and paper products (-0,5%).

Market pulp output increased and reached 895,000 tons (+0,1%). Containerboard production went down by 4%, equaling 170,000 tons.

Pulp cooking output amounted to 1,156,000 tons (-0,5%).

Ilim Group managed to maintain Ilim East production practically at the same level as in 2008 year due to anti-crisis program realization aimed at reducing variable costs and at full running capacity.
