ATFBank (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of a certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated October 16, 2009 on state registration of issue of bonds of ATFBank, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In accordance with the certificate of AFS the volume of bond issue of ATFBank is KZT15.0 bn at KZT1,000.0 nominal value. The issue is divided in 15 m coupon bonds without collateral, NIN KZ2C0Y02D601. The issue is registered with the State serial securities register under number D60.
