OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2009. Belarusian Railways has cut tariffs on transit freight from Ukraine. The company hopes, that it will help to attract new customers. New tariffs will cover the period October 20 through the end of 2009.

Belarusian Railways transported 5.5 million tons of freight between January and September 2009, which was an 8.8% increase compared to the same period in 2008.
