OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2009. JSC "Grindeks" informs, that its subsidiary “Namu apsaimniekosanas projekti” owns a land in Riga, near by the Salu Bridge. The land is not meant for pharmaceutical products manufacturing needs and is planned for development of real estate projects.

The progress of the projects depends on decision of Riga Municipality Business Development and Investments Council as well as overall real estate market trends in Latvia.
