OREANDA-NEWS. Temirleasing (Almaty, hereafter - the company), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held November 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., reported the press-centre of KASE.

The only matter to be considered is a change in the Board of Directors of the company.

The venue of the meeting is a conference-hall at 187, Ayteke bi str., Almaty. Attendees shall be registered beginning 09:00 a.m.

The list of shareholders, entitled to participate in the meeting, is compiled as on October 12, 2009.

In case of absence of a quorum the recurrent meeting will be held November 18, 2009 at the same time as above.
