OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2009.  “HSG Zander RUS” took part in IV "Russian Real Estate Forum – 2009".

Deputy Operations Director took the floor in the conference “Commercial Real Estate Market 2009 – 2010: management, optimization, realization” in the section “Cost optimization: company practice” with the speech “How to reduce maintenance costs?”

In his presentation the company representative spoke about the advantages of FM-companies conversion to service maintenance and the use of Central Dispatcher Service as the instrument of technical maintenance cost reduction”. He also shared the company experience in work execution without contractor involvement and energy cost optimization.

This year RREF which is already seen as a traditional event at the real estate market, held 300 representatives of the leading commercial real estate companies. In the conference programme such questions as the tenant’s portrait in the crisis period, business-centres management in fluctuating business environment, management and promotion of retail sector were touched upon. Within the Forum Business Programme 30 events were organized which attracted the attention of more than 1930 people.
